The fastest way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. You can write in Ukrainian, English or Russian, and we will answer in the same language.

What to write to us about

• A mistake or an outdated rule. Please send the address of our page and, if you can, a link to the official page that shows the current rule. Corrections backed by an official source can be checked and published quickly, and we update the check date of the guide.
• A missing topic or country. Tell us which procedure was hard to understand or which country you need. We plan new guides based on these requests.
• Privacy requests. To access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to processing, write with the subject “Privacy”. Our privacy policy explains what we process.
• Affiliate links. If a link is not marked correctly or leads somewhere unexpected, tell us which page it was on.

What we cannot do

We are a small editorial team, not a government office, a law firm or an aid organisation. We cannot review your personal documents, fill in applications for you, book appointments or tell you what decision an authority will make in your case. For questions about your own situation, contact the authority named in the guide, a qualified legal adviser, or a support organisation in your city. Many cities have advice points for newcomers run by local authorities or charities, and our guides link to official contact pages where they exist.

If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact the local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an answer from us.

What happens with your message

We read every message. We use your email address and message only to answer you, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. We do not add you to mailing lists and do not share your message with partners. If your message leads to a correction, we may describe the change on the page without mentioning you.

We answer as soon as we can, but we cannot promise a specific time, especially when a correction has to be checked against official sources first. Please do not attach personal documents: a link to the official page is enough to correct a guide.
